"I'm gonna take two weeks/have a fine vacation/I'm gonna take my problem/to the United Nations/well I called my congressman and he said/quote/'I'd like to help you son, but you're too young to vote'". The song was written in 1950, originally as a b-side track, but ended up going go #8 on the Billboard Hot 100, on the 29th September 1958. Covered by a lot of people including The Who, Bow Wow, Van Halen, Debbie Harry, The Flying Lizards and many more.
